Banana bread recipe


Delicious banana bread with whey protein



1 medium Banana
2 tablespoon Coconut Flour
1 medium Egg
1 large Egg White
1/2 cup Oats
1 rounded scoop Whey protein – Plain or Banana
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 cup Skimmed Milk
1/4 cup Brazil Nuts



Blend all ingredients together and put into a bread loaf pan.
Bake at 160 celsius for about 40 minutes (or until a knife comes out clean after inerting into the bread).
